  1. Improving Access to Affordable Maternal Health Services
    We are pleased to report significant progress in improving access to affordable maternal health services within our community. A total of 102 mothers successfully delivered healthy babies at our health centre under the dedicated care of our skilled staff. These mothers were referred to us through the collaborative efforts of Village Health Teams (VHTs), religious leaders, and local leaders, highlighting the strength of community partnerships in promoting safe motherhood.

1.1 Antenatal Care Services
Our antenatal care clinic continues to operate every Wednesday, providing consistent support to expectant mothers. During these sessions, mothers receive not only medical check-ups but also health education on maternal and child health, empowering them with knowledge for safer pregnancies and better childcare practices.

1.2 Immunization Services
We have successfully immunized over 400 children aged 0–5 years against common killer diseases. In addition, adolescent girls have received HPV vaccinations, protecting them against cervical cancer.
Despite this progress, we face a challenge of inadequate shelter, as we currently lack a proper room or tent to comfortably conduct immunization activities. Addressing this need will greatly improve service delivery and patient experience.

2. Strengthening Services with Ultrasound Equipment
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our donors for their continued support. Through your generosity, we acquired essential medical equipment, including an oxygen concentrator and an ultrasound scan machine.
These additions have significantly enhanced our capacity, enabling us to provide improved healthcare services to over 103 mothers and children, ensuring better diagnosis and care outcomes and in addition to that, our laboratory is serving the community and the schools both primary and secondary.
